In 2015, she joined NMD Insurance Agency as a Personal Lines CSR. She oversees the day-to-day customer service activities in her department, ensuring that the needs of the customers are met in an accurate and timely manner.
She resides in Mentor with her son and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, boating and other outdoor activities.
